Stucco & plaster in Southeast.

We are based in Atlanta, but the work has taken us across the broader Southeast for thirty years. Mountain residences in North Georgia, coastal homes from the Carolinas to Florida, and commercial work through Tennessee and Alabama.

What the work looks like here

Southern climates are a stress test for exterior finishes. Coastal projects deal with salt, wind-driven rain, and UV intensity that breaks down acrylic-coated surfaces inside a decade. Mountain projects deal with hard freezes and elevation. We have built lime-based and hard-coat exteriors in both, with the detailing tuned to the specific environment.

On regional projects we travel a small core crew and partner with vetted local trades for substrate prep and finish painting. Sample panels are produced on-site at the project so material decisions are made in the actual light and humidity, not extrapolated from swatches sent across state lines.

We work directly with builders, architects, and design firms throughout the region. References available from Atlanta, Charleston, Savannah, the North Georgia mountains, and the Florida Panhandle.

Common questions

Working with us in Southeast.

Do you travel for projects outside Georgia?

Yes — most weeks of the year there is at least one out-of-state project active. Travel logistics (lodging, per diem, regional partners) are folded into the proposal upfront.

How do you handle quality on projects far from Atlanta?

Solo or Vali or a senior crew lead is on-site at every mobilization. We do not subcontract the finish work. The same hands that approved the sample are the hands that apply the finish.

What's the minimum project size for travel?

Generally we engage on projects with at least 2–3 weeks of plaster scope. Smaller jobs are sometimes feasible if they coincide with a nearby active project.
