Stucco & plaster in Atlanta.
We are an Atlanta company. Solo and Vali Lazar founded the firm here in 1995 and most of our crew has been with us long enough that the city is a portfolio map at this point — Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Inman Park, Decatur, and back.
What the work looks like here
Atlanta's climate is unforgiving on exterior finishes. Hot, humid summers; sustained spring rain; freeze-thaw cycles in January and February that catch homeowners off guard. Synthetic stucco systems applied without proper detailing fail here predictably — trapped moisture, delamination, mold behind the foam. Hard-coat and lime-based exteriors handle the climate the way the European originals were designed to handle their own.
Most of our residential work in Atlanta runs through a small group of architects and custom-home builders. We are usually one of two or three plaster contractors on the bid; we keep getting selected because the finish work is consistent across the project, the schedule is honored, and the punch list at the end is short.
On the commercial side we have done lobby work, restaurants, retail interiors, and historic restoration in the city — including breathable lime systems on older masonry that conventional acrylic paint had been quietly destroying.

Common questions
Working with us in Atlanta.
How quickly can you start an Atlanta project?
Schedule depends on project size and current backlog. We typically book residential exterior projects six to twelve weeks out; interior plaster is more responsive. We commit to a date in writing before mobilization.
Do you handle permitting in Atlanta?
Plaster and stucco are usually pulled under the general contractor's permit. We provide all required documentation — manufacturer specs, insurance, and our own scope letter — for the GC to file.
What about HOA-restricted neighborhoods?
We have worked through HOA approvals across most Atlanta neighborhoods that have them. We provide finish samples, color chips, and project narratives for HOA submission.
